What does it mean to be a Developmental Reading?

“Developmental” = This is a great opportunity for 210 Amlent Avenue! Becky and Karl have been paired up with an experienced NYMF dramaturg, who is having monthly meetings with us to give us perspective as we rewrite our script and songs. The performances will be free and open to the public; at each reading, you are encouraged to fill out a feedback form with some questions about the show. These will help us as we continue working on the piece!

“Reading” = When you come to see the show, you’ll be seeing actors holding scripts, reading and singing at music stands. There are no fancy costumes, lights, or sets; it’s really about the words and music!

You may have noticed us using a lot of exclamation points… it’s because we’re so excited!
